Tutoring Experience: I have been teaching privately for almost 15 years both groups and individuals. I usually teach at home but have also taught in music shops and schools including Epsom College, London.

Tutoring Approach: I have a very effective approach to tutoring, focusing on developing on the student's strengths and working on their weaknesses - I work with each pupil as an individual and do not churn out the same standard lessons for everyone. Lesson content is a useful blend of exercises, the pupils interests backed up by music theory, and advice on working in music should they want it. I also help student prepare for graded exams, or this I draw upon my own skills and experiences of guitar exams and work as a professional musician.
